Professional Experience

JOHN FOUNTAINE, M.A., CRC, CCM has been practicing as a vocational rehabilitation counselor and case manager for more than thirty years. He obtained his Masters Degree from the University of Northern Colorado and is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor and a Certified Case Manager. He has provided consultation, opinion and expert testimony in workers compensation, personal injury, wrongful death and marital dissolution cases. He has worked as an expert for the Social Security Administration, as well as a contracted counselor for the Veterans Administration. He prepares life care plans, independent living assessments and provides wage earning capacity and vocational assessments. He has been accepted as a vocational expert and life care planning expert in state and federal courts in Washington State, Oregon, California, Alaska , Colorado, Montana, Nevada, Arizona and Hawaii.
